Q: Does Directional DNS come with a 30 day free trial?
Yes. Signup for the free 30 day trial of either LoadDNS Deluxe or Enterprise. The 30 day free trial of Directional DNS will automatically come with either package. LoadDNS Enterprise comes with one Directional DNS rule.

Q: How do I configure a domain to use Directional DNS?
Signup for either LoadDNS Deluxe or Enterprise. Because Directional DNS functions only on our IP Anycast network you must have one of those versions of LoadDNS for it to work. Directional DNS is an add-on for LoadDNS Deluxe. LoadDNS Enterprise comes with one Directional DNS rule.

Q: How do I create a geographilcal preset?
1. Login to your account
2. From the Overview page, click the "Segment tab".
3. Fill in the name of what you would like to call this group in the "Name" field you can add a optional description.
4. Click the "Regions tab" and highlight the country/countries that you would like to be included in this group.
5. Click "Save."
